Losing weight after birth of child

Hi all,
I am 10 weeks postpartum with birth of DD2.
DD1 is starting to sleep through the night and I am feeling in a place where I'm ready to take up exercise again to try and get fitter.
I also want to start dieting as I need to lose weight.
I don't really know where to start. I am always hungry and even though I do eat my fair share of fruit and vegetables I also eat a lot of junk food.
As a mum of 2 I don't have time to spend preparing meals I also don't have the money to spend on lots of ingredients. The idea of counting calories fills me with boredom.
I was wondering if anyone can guide me on where to start with healthier eating which will feed my constantly hungry tummy that isn't too time consuming or expensive.
I exclusively BF which has helped me lose my baby bump somewhat but it will not counteract my high calorie intake.

I can't give advice on postpartum weight loss as it's been over 20 years for me but if your interested you could have a look at diet doctor. They have a wealth of information on low carb.
Also low carb can be really simple. So things like chicken breast/pork chop/steak with lots of veg. So generally easy and quick to prepare.
