Morning all
I have been sticking to Low carb for a few weeks and have lost 6lbs but 2 inches from waist and 3 from hips.
I was reading through this section last night and saw the cheese board suggestions - I have stayed away from cheese other than a 20-30g piece daily because using Nutracheck my fat is always over its limits - that will be greek yoghurt for breakfast, mayo on salad lunch and tea, avocado, cream in coffee no more than twice a day, and occasionally butter as I am not keto and do have the very occasional slice of bread.
What ratio should I be setting for Carbs : Protein : Fat so I can get it right.....I am really not wanting to stall and I feel this week I have gone nowhere in either lbs or inches off!
