I need a quick fix to lose weight for an event I have in 3 weeks....

Just any quick tips ie very low carb day to day plans....

I usually do be quite good but as last while i just can’t seem to shift any more lb’s. Feel really sluggish too.

Really need to up my water intake too. This hopefully will help.

Hardcore for me is following the low carb bootcamp rules - no nuts or berries! There's a brilliant spreadsheet pinned on most of the threads that has a load of daily menus and a list of which veg are high carb and what to fill your plate with.

I'd go eggs, spinach and mushrooms for breakfast, chicken avocado salad lunch and bolognaise with cabbage and courgette dinner.

You’ll lose loads with Keto and intermittent fasting. Lots of it will be water weight but that will still help if you have something a bit too tight that needs to fit in 3 weeks.
Check out the keto board on Reddit. Low carb and IF will work too, but not to the same extent.
