I’ve been following low carb on and off since last summer, and over Christmas gave myself a break and ate all the carbs, they were truly delicious ! Since the start of the month, I’ve been back on low carb, and already lost 4lb. Decided to test my ketones this week and I’m super impressed to see my ketone levels are at 1, already. Anyone else testing their ketones or do you just go by how you’re feeling ?
