Help!!!
I tried the Keto diet last year. Ate what I was supposed to but it didn't work for me. I was also regularly exercising.
I think I may have got the balance of what I was eating wrong so this time I'm having 2 slim fast Keto shakes a day and the Green Chef Keto meal box meal in the evening.
Any advice on what I can snack on without throwing everything off balance? I really don't want to have to weigh and measure stuff 😬x
