Help!!!
I tried the Keto diet last year. Ate what I was supposed to but it didn't work for me. I was also regularly exercising.
I think I may have got the balance of what I was eating wrong so this time I'm having 2 slim fast Keto shakes a day and the Green Chef Keto meal box meal in the evening.
Any advice on what I can snack on without throwing everything off balance? I really don't want to have to weigh and measure stuff 😬x

If you're doing keto (or low carbing) properly, then after the first week or two you will find that you're not hungry between meals. This is because the lack of carbohydrate is keeping your blood sugar levels stable, so the hormones that control your appetite are balanced.

If you don't want to weigh and measure stuff, why not come and join the next Low Carb Bootcamp - which starts on 17 January - as it was designed precisely to cut out the need for weighing and measuring and counting anything!

I second BIWI (as usual). Join bootcamp. I had a little look at the shakes and meals and they wouldn't fill me with joy while being pretty low fat and pretty high carb actually. If I'm reading right the shakes are 7g each (and full of artificial crap) and the meals can be 24g. If you add a couple of drinks with milk, I wouldn't be in keto and I'd be snacky. Which may be why you're snacky!

Where did you go wrong last time?

Avocado, Brazil/macadamia/pecan/walnuts, olives, my current fave is cucumber sticks dipped in zero carb mayo.

I have been eating a lot of pepperamis and babybels as well tbh. And mini bowls of greek yogurt with liquid vanilla stevia. Ham and cheese roll ups. Leftover roast chicken with more zero carb Mayo.

I am a bit addicted to mayo, I love it. 😂
