Has anybody tried them? I’m really trying to look for a more long term, sustainable way of low carbing, I already eat a limited diet and I know it will be tough but I need to do something and the “pasta/rice” is looking tempting….

Only the wraps and the bread (which is very similar to German rye bread) both are fine. Some of the supermarkets do a loaf by livlife that is only 4g carb per slice and more like regular bread.

For pasta my other half likes the konjac ones (I find them a bit gelatinous and pointless), or the Aldi Foodie Market black bean spaghetti. I think there a couple of similar pastas in the Aldi range too. Surprisingly, fried shredded cabbage works pretty well as a noodle replacement.

Haven’t found a sub for rice that’s great, though cauli rice is ok if you fry it.

i bought some low carb bread from Seriously Low Carb. It is 0.9g of carb per slice and the buns are 2.4g of carb. It is amazing.
