I LOVE the billy's diet salt and vinegar crisps but, £15 for 7 packets? Really?

Has anyone successfully made any crunchy snacks? Are there some out there that I've missed upon?
I tried making crackers from coconut flour. They tasted nice but were very crumbly and not at all crunchy.

Roasted chickpeas are great. I've made salt n vinegar ones but you can't eat many at a time which is hard as they are delicious! You can dehydrate Kale in the oven (long time, low temp) and it goes really crispy but I haven't been successful with the few cracker recipes I've tried. Diet Doctor and ketodietapp are both good sites for low carb recipes.

Aren't chickpeas quite high carb? I've made those before my low carb days though and love them :)
Will definitely try kale chips!

Parmesan crisps? Other cheeses are available!

This recipe is really nice. I prefer them rolled a bit thinner than he says, and cut with a smaller cutter. Amazing for cheese or pate.

Marks and spencer do some superseded crackers made of 90% seeds. Think they are 3G of carbs per 100g and nice with cheese.
Also found a Linwood seed cluster in sainsburys which is like granola 14g of carbs per 100g - expensive but nice in Greek yoghurt for breakfast when I am fed up if berries….

@Stitchybitch79 Just found your question.
I make 'seed biscuits' with linseed, pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds. 50g of each. Soak the linseeds for a few hours with75ml water and 1tbsp soy sauce, they'll absorb it all. Dry out the other seeds for about an hour in a 120degree oven, then stir them into the soaked linseeds, with a few chilli flakes if you like. Spread the mixture out about a pumpkin seed thick on a baking tray, and put back into the oven for an hour.
When it's cool, break it up into bits. Keto biscuits!
