I have to make my fat balls and keto sweets in single portions at a time otherwise I'll go mad on them.
Just now I tried a new thing and wanted to share this chocolately fudgy carb-free sweet, partly to stop me from just making several more in a row.
In a small bowl weigh 7g butter, add 2g stevia- I used Pure Via, add 4g cocoa powder and start to cream the dry ingredients into the butter using the back of a spoon. When nearly mixed, dribble in 4g single cream and finish mixing into your little portion, which as far as I can tell is virtually carb-free because there is more fibre than carbs in the cocoa powder.
I haven't tried scaling up the recipe yet for bigger portions. If using erythritol, you will probably need more as it's considerably less sweet.
