Aside from those egg thingies that you make in a muffin tray (veggies, beaten egg & cheese, baked), does anyone have any ideas for filling low-carb breakfasts that I can either make ahead or get together very quickly? Mornings are a made rush here and I want something I can make in minurtes, or shove in a microwave. Smoked salmon is ideal - but not very budget-friendly
