Hi I've done Keto successfully in the past and lost two stone but gained it in lockdown, I've yo yo'd 10lbs for the last few months through low calorie diets
Realised I need short sharp weight loss to reignite my motivation. I just wondered how low your carbs need to be to get into ketosis? Is it different for everyone?
I used to aim for 20g per day but sometimes go up to 30g
Is using ketone sticks the only real way I can find out?
