Morning, do I need to calorie count doing low carb? Just started this week & feel like my calories are going to be too high to lose weight!

It depends entirely what plan you're doing! But generally, no.

You will have a calorie advantage when you're following a low carb diet, because fat and protein (which you'll be eating most of) have no/much less of an impact on insulin production than carbohydrate - therefore less fat will be laid down.
