For those on a LCHF diet/woe, how long was it before you started to notice a difference (weight loss, improved energy, reduced sugar cravings)?

Weight loss was pretty much instant.

Energy etc was a little bit longer as had keto flu so maybe around a couple of weeks.

Stopped craving sweet things even longer maybe around a month. My brain would naturally want to gravitate to sweet treats. This has been more of an accumulative effect, so the more time that has past the less I've wanted sweet things but would say I definitely noticed less cravings after around a month or so. Though I had some pretty intense cravings even then.
