Slimfast now do a keto range, has anyone tried it? I am starting low carb (again!) soon, not strictly keto but will be low carb. I love shakes generally so I am hoping slimfast keto will help.

I would take the Fast800 ones over those - slightly more carbs but much higher protein and more nutrients, by the look of them.

I have tried a few different brands of Keto shakes and the slim fast ones are by far the tastiest, the vanilla tastes like ice cream and my weight loss is steady. I mix mine with almond milk to give it more texture though

I now got a tub of the chocolate one and tried it today, got to say that it is very tasty. Not sure how filling it is, I will see if I get hungry later.

Slimfast shakes are low fat high sugar. Not seen the keto ones, interested to know what they substitute with. If you want a low carb shake check out 'grenade carb killa shakes'. Their chocolate fudge brownie version is yum and just 9 carbs for the whole shake.

When I was looking for a quick ready made shake option for breakfast on the way to work, I found the Atkins ones to be best in terms of fitting in with Keto/low carb bootcamp
But to be honest now I find a coffee with a good blob of coconut oil and a dash of cream serves a similar purpose and keeps me full for ages
