A comment on another thread of mine made me consider low carb as an option.
I'm currently 17st 11lbs.
I'm 28 and I have EDS which I know being obese does not help with.
I live my life in constant pain.
I am desperate to lose weight, but calorie counting doesn't seem to be working for me.
I've tried slimming world but don't lose weight on it.
I'm a sugar fiend and I know I need to cut it out.
I need advice though.
How do I start low carbing?
How will I get into the right mindset?
How hard will it be?
Are there any basic recipes I can use?
Is it easy to adapt family recipes to be low carb?
What do you snack on if fruit and toast and chocolate and crisps and sweets is out?
Just any advice at all would really be appreciated.
