Keto start-up - best book (preferably Kindle) and/or website?

Have just read Tom Watson book and I’m going to give keto diet a try for a month. Please could someone recommend a really good book to help? I need some science stuff to explain it. I’ve got the gist but want MORE detail. I’d like lists of “yes, eat this”, “no, don’t eat this” and OK “sometimes eat this”. And a few recipes might help although I know I can develop my own as I go along.

What ketosis diet book is really good?

Thank you 🙏

Well, if anyone is interested, I just bought The 8-week Blood Sugar Diet: Lose Weight and Reprogramme Your Body by Dr Michael Mosley so you're not going to recognise me soon!!! Stay safe, yeah.

Dietdoctor.com is very good
Books:
The High Fat Diet by Zana Morris & Helen Foster - meal plans & workouts
Martina slajerova books are good

Thank you, I'll have a look. I bought one about low calorie diets by mistake!

I would recommend the Diet Doctor website - it has loads of information and recipes, meal plans etc. It covers keto and also low-carb.

The Blood Sugar Diet book is very good too but is more low-carb than strictly keto.

Fast 800 by Michael Moseley

The Harcombe Diet by Zoe Harcombe

Neither require ketosis though.

I started with Slimming World and moved to THD. Loved it.
