Hi! So I'm looking to loose about 10kg and really want to cut our carbs as I eat so much bread / pasta / rice! What does a typical days menu look like for you guys? I need some breakfast lunch and dinner inspiration! Thanks!

Typical day for me is

Breakfast - usually none, occasionally omelette with cheese

Lunch - spinach, tomato, cucumber, pepper, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts then either eggs/tuna, mackerel, roasted chicken legs/cheese etc

Dinner -.shepherds pie/fish pie made with cauliflower mash, pork chop/chicken breast with veg, chilli with avocado/sour cream/cornbread, curry with keto naan, salmon/quiche (made with almond flour) etc

Sweet treats - dark chocolate/berry/alternative puddings like vegan moose using something like stevia as sweetener (amazon)

Lots of recipes on line for keto versions of things like cornbread/naan etc.

Best things I found in the beginning was diet doctor to help me get on the right track and carb manager (free app) to help me track my carbs. Also have a look on you tube as lots of good information.
