Can I do a low carb diet if I don’t want to eat a lot of meat?

I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t like to eat lots of meat or consume a lot of animal products.
What could I eat instead? I’ve been flip flopping through diets but like the concept of less carbs as they make me so bloated and sluggish.

I'm veggie and have been sort of low carbing and eating more protein. I eat lots of eggs, quorn, beans and lentils. I've dramatically cut the amounts of bread, pasta and rice I eat.

I low carb and I don't eat hardly any red meat and some white meat and fish.
You can eat cheese - I eat grilled haloumi quite often, eggs if you eat them and bulk up on vegetables and fat.
The first time I did low carb I ate way too much meat and felt it was not healthy for me. This time round I'm doing it with much less meat.
Ask remember you can do soups with vegetables, cream and cheese and they will be fairly low carb if you choose the right veg.
