Hello,

Is anyone else doing a meal replacement diet?

I'm over 16 stone and my ideal weight is 8 stone. Obviously it's going to take a while to lose half my body weight but we're going on holiday last week of August and I really want to shift as much possible before we go away (5 weeks).

I have a bunch of Exante, Lighter Life, Slimfast etc (I'm vegan which is why I've got a mixture of brands).

Starting tomorrow and will be weighing in every week. Anyone want to join me?

I will. I started Slim N Save on tuesday. I’m not too hungry but have the mother of all headaches! I’ve got 7 stone to lose (first time I’ve said that out loud!). Also have a holiday at the end of August, but it’s in this country so plan on staying on the diet throughout.

Hello! I did this a while ago and it really worked, but I put on a bit more than I should have since Christmas. Which of the brands do you like the best? I have some diet now sachets and they are okay insofar as they can be, lol. I remember exante were good a few years ago.

I couldn’t stomach exalted, though I only tried the chocolate shake and it wasn’t great. Cambridge shakes are nice but ridiculously expensive which is why I’ve gone for slim and save. Tasty and cheap

Anyone doing Lighter Life? I’m giving it serious consideration after usual years of dieting weight gain blah blah
Am now pre-diabetic so drastic times call for drastic measures...
