So depressed

Been doing low carb for two weeks on Friday. Feel pathetic writing this but have been so depressed since starting it. Really missing my favourite snacks like cake
and wondering if this is normal or just me feeling sorry for myself??

yes it's normal to miss cake. I miss crisps. But I am finall losing weight on the blood sugar diet and am dtermined to stick with it this time to get down to my goal weight.

Had a blood test that showed me as pre-diabetic. This puts me right off eating cake/white flour/sugar and crisps!

Thanks @outreach29 yes you’re right. I’m trying to stick with it. Have found a love of 90% dark choc which I never knew was possible Grin
