I am on medication which makes weight loss harder but I need to lose weight, I have been recommended to go on a low carb diet but I don't really know what is meant by low carb. How many carbs a day is considered low?
I am being weighed in 9 weeks, so how much weight could I expect to lose? I can exercise too, but nothing to strenuous at the mo.

Im starting by just cutting out bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, crisps, cereal, and eating more healthier - so more berries, nuts (not everyday) vegetables, salads and cooking from scratch more

Plus no diet or low fat foods...choose full fat yoghurts, cheese and mayo etc even cook in butter and oil and cheese will be your friend :)
