Hello, I’ve done the Cambridge diet before and it’s been great! I started it 6 weeks after having my little boy as I gained a massive 3 stone! I’ve been on it for 6 weeks and lost 17 pounds which is great but for the last 10 days I have been feeling really ill after eating a product, it’s only after eating something ‘normal’ that I feel ok, has this happened to anyone? I hate giving up as it’s worked so well but I feel so sick when eating the products? Anyone experience this?

Is the Cambridge diet low carb? I thought it to be one of those very-low-calorie-diets based on (expensive) food substitutes?

Low carb is more about fresh foods. Low carb boot camp tells you more about this.
