Are you eating enough? And especially are you eating enough fat? Are you drinking enough water?

That level of fatigue doesn't sound right though - I'd go and see your GP

I have been to my GP.Blood results are normal. If I eat more ,I will gain weight.I will change the type of food I eat.Thank you so much for replying.

Why don't you list out for me what you've been eating? If you're that tired, and there's nothing medically wrong, then it is highly likely that you need to tweak what you're eating. It's probably - I'd guess - not enough fat and/or protein.

Carbs have never suited me. Low carbing gives me more energy than I've ever had.

Do you get enough iron? Do you eat red meat or stick to chicken?

MortyVicar · 20/01/2019 09:40

Sorry, I meant to reply to myself last night and didn't get round to it.
My post sounds silly given that you've said everything was normal on your blood tests. However low level iron deficiency doesn't always show up because the test they do is very basic.

Typical day.B always.Porridge .Nuts. Cream .Greek yoghurt. L varies .But something like cheese omelette, salad.T varies .But something like tinned sardines and cooked vegetables.I also drink 4 pints of milk (semi skimmed),a day in tea and coffee. My comfort in life is lots of hot drinks.I can't give them up.To add ,I never get hungry just tired at night.Sometimes it have to have a late lunch,I don't have tea,as I don't want to force it down,as I am not hungry.I am 5 .1 8.7 -8.11 stone, with a slow metabolism. It means so much that you have answered.Thankyou.

Well I think you've answered your own question to be honest! 4 pints of milk a day is a huge amount - and I suspect you're filling yourself up with that so you don't feel hungry at 'tea time' but then later in the evening you are tired ...

... ergo, cut down on the milk and have something to eat at teatime!
