Been trying the keto diet again. So far favourite meals have been:
-Homemade veg soup
-Homemade pizzas (with a cauliflower base)
-Veggie sausages with greens
-Asparagus and poached eggs (with a small amount of cheese)
-Stir fried tofu and greens
-keto chocolate mouse (not a meal but sorts out those chocolate cravings)
I’m getting bored already and need some inspiration. I’m veggie so no meat or fish which rules out a lot of recipes I used last time.
