Keto Flu

I've just started on LCHF, this is my third day and I think I have Keto flu, feel really run down and tired, foggy headed. I want to keep going with this way of eating as I get terrible bloating from carbs and want to lose about two stone.

But I have a really important interview tomorrow that I need to be my best for. I can't mess it up as it's a culmination of six years work, if I ate some carbs tonight - say whole meal toast then again in the morning would that get rid of this feeling ? Interview is tomorrow at 10.

Probably, but I would be careful because it can go the other way, you can also get carb headache or hang over after having carbs again, I would say have something like sweet potato, or rice crackers in the morning. But after keep going I promise keto is worth it!!

Thanks ! I intend to, hopefully just a small amount won't be too many carbs
