I have lost 4 stone since July, started on the Cambridge Diet and am now following a low carb healthy eating plan to shift the remaining weight, but its taking a long time, I have plateaued and then lost 1/2 a pound, stayed the same, lost another 1/2 pound etc... I know its because being nearer to goal it takes less to maintain my weight than it did in the beginning but I have discovered the whoosh effect.

I tried it out on Friday, had 2 glasses of wine and whoosh, 2 pounds gone :) It suggested a one off high carb meal or alcohol...I opted for the alcohol...anyway just wanted to share :)
