i am writing this as a way to keep myself accountable for the next 7 days starting from tomorrow.

i am going to eat 3 low carb meals not exceeding 1000 calories (all boiled)
i wish to stop ruining my good progress with silly insecure thoughts but dont know how to so i hope this will help me to be focused!
