Been doing LCHF for a week and I'm bloody STARVING yet I'm eating loads. I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm sure I've not lost any weight and even more sure I'm way outside my calories (not that I've been counting them). What am I doing wrong? I am drinking a shit tonne of water.
Today I've eaten:
Breakfast: full fat greek yoghurt with linseed and a few blueberries
Lunch: scrambled eggs (3, made with butter) with spinach, pancetta and parmesan
Between lunch and dinner I had a bit more greek yoghurt as was starving
Dinner: Fried courgettes and fennel with a chicken breast (skin on). Served with a mound of broccoli in garlic butter
Any thoughts? Advice? I'm so hungry and I'm really struggling with lack of sweet stuff.
