Quick q on houmous

Is it a big no no, or would a spoonful here or there be ok while low-carbing?

It depends on

a) what plan you're following

and

b) how big the spoonful is Grin

In the great scheme of things, it's probably not that bad, but if I were you I'd go onto a website like Sainsbury's and check out the carb count per 100g.

Well ideally LCHF but I haven’t really done much prep/reading so it may not be the one for me! It was just to ‘clean’ the spoon after using it to supply a child with houmous 😬

Hey, just read the nutritional panel and see :) quite a few feel too high carby for me but have found some that are worth it, something 2 or 3g per serving so doable and I just pop it in my fitness pal to keep track :)
