So I bought a 10 day box of the New You Plan from Groupon, also took advantage of their newcomer bundle.
I started today, weighing 82.5kg at 165cm which makes my BMI 30.3.

Has anyone else tried the NewYou Plan?

First day not too bad, 4 meals from a packet and havent felt hungry today yet.

I hope there are others who are on the same journey

Fishes its a relatively easy plan to follow and with all the choices available its quite varied. There are inevitably some stuff that I do not like - chicken soup bleeuuurrrgghhhhh - but a lot more I do. I found it difficult with the complete lack of suppory, but if u r on FB then theres lots of support available. I would recommend definitely. I spent 2 weeks on it and lost about 8kg but mindful that a lot was water weight. I am restarting next week due to falling off the wagon because of a surprise all inclusive holiday

Have l understood this correctly...

So.... as an example

  1. pancakes
  2. bar 3)cottage pie 4)sweet and sour

And then 2-3 times a week l could have crisps from the keto snacks

The first day I was very hungry so I swapped a few things around. I found the porridge and asparagus soup to be quite filling. The next few days I ate porridge for breakfast and then a combination of bars and soups and meals, I left the shakes alone. This made the first pary of the plan easiet amd feeling less hungry. Once I got used to it I changed it around to include the shakes. I recommend the fibre watet too because the plan can make u constipated. Not sure about the keto snacks, I stuck to my 4. Will check it out and get back to you

So..... it arrived today. Am going to start tomorrow.

Am very nervous about the side effects i.e brain fog headaches but most of all feeling faint

Fishesthatfly I am restarting on Monday. Dont be too worried about the side effects, I experienced none of them, you may get lucky too. Good luck! What is you start weight if you don't mind me asking

If it works then I'll be pleased, just not sure how sustainable it will be for me cost wise
