I started low carb beg of Feb.
Whilst it could be completely unrelated, since starting, have had rashes on my forehead area, really really bad. My skin seems to have become very sensitive suddenly.. Eg. I got this fitness tracking watch and my skin started peeling.. Have never had anything like this before.
GP surgery won't give an appointment until another 3 weeks.
Wondering if any of you have had skin issues after starting on low carb or know any info on the same
