So I I followed a low carb diet years ago and did really well, but fell into bad habits and the weight crept on again. I am trying to regain my low carb habits.
I have had a weekend of just eating green smoothies but have today begun my low carb journey. Here is what I have eaten:

Breakfast = 2 cream cheese and egg waffles and two bits of bacon (like a sandwich) with a bit of full fat mayo.

Lunch = 2 hard boiled eggs and mayo.
1 green smoothie ( consists of spinach, cucumber, few berries, celery, avocado, walnuts, ginger, Greek yogurt, squeeze of lime, chia seeds, linseed)

Dinner = Sprouts cooked with bacon and walnuts , curly kale, tossed in butter served with chopped bratwurst and a birdsye chicken chargrill (I am a bit cross about the chargrill coz I took a lovely bit of chicken breast out of the freezer and left in microwave to defrost, dd 3 who was home for the day took it out of the microwave and left it on the side where my cats ate it! so i had to think fast for a replacement).

No snacks and drinks about 5/7 cups of tea (I know this is bad but it is my one vice and I drank it through my last low carb and still lost so I am hoping to do the same).

So how does it sound? I am worried maybe too many vegetables or not enough fat. Hence why I added the walnuts to my smoothie and my sprouts.
