I started low carb in January 2017 and lost two and a half stone. I was a stone away from my goal weight but broke my leg in September and fell off the bandwagon. I've gained 6lb.
I'm starting again tomorrow and I wondered if anyone has any experience of starting a LCHF a second time. Will it be effective? Do I need to do anything differently? I managed on 70g of carbs a day before but I fear I'll have to reduce it!
Any help would be appreciated!
