After the first few hideous days where I switched from a high carb pescetarian diet to try to low carb, I'm finding it too good to be true.
So I'm checking with more experienced low carbers that I'm not doing this wrong!!
Today's food looks like:
Breakfast
Full fat Greek yogurt with crushed nuts
Lunch
Leafy salad with Stilton and walnuts dressed in olive oil
Snack
Red pepper with a small amount of hummus
Dinner
2 quorn fillets stuffed with pesto and goats cheese
Courgettes roasted in rapeseed oil.
It's a big change for me from meals based around pasta and rice...I have a lot of weight to lose and was encouraged by losing 7lb last week...will I really lose weight? I'm not feeling hungry and cravings have disappeared.
