What are the best recipe books for low carbing?

Hi- I have been low carbing for two weeks now using the 8 week blood sugar diet. I know I've seen a list on here somewhere of the best recipe books and I can't find it!

I've looked on Amazon and they seem to have mixed reviews.
TIA

The first chapter in the joe wicks lean in 15 books are all low carb recipes. We have two of the books and do a low carb dinner every evening. They are also delicious and don't take long to make (about 20-25 mins generally rather than 15 minutes)

I have that book and haven't even thought to look!

I got one from WH Smith, a BBC good food one.

It's in this link near the bottom.

You could also have a look at the Bootcamp recipe thread - it's stickied at the top of the Bootcamp topic

There’s loads of ideas on Pinterest, both for BSD recipes but I also find things on keto and paleo pages too. Plus I love Jamie Oliver (just modify some recipes) and I have a family diabetes cookbook which is really useful as it has mealplans where the low carb meal can be adapted for carb-eaters and ideas for leftovers.

The only problem I do find is that some genetic ‘low carb’ recipes are far too calorific for the blood sugar diet

Peachy we have a long running BSD thread here, there’s always ideas and advice on there too. Come and join us!
