Four weeks in, and my chunky legs look slimmer. :)

In your experience, does weight loss on lchf (versus calorie counting) result in weight disappearing from different parts of your body?

I'm not sure - but it would make sense. LCHF burns fat, whereas the danger with calorie counting is that it also reduces muscle.

I'm no expert!!! However am a big fan.

Jump over to the low carb boot camp thread and read the rules - that'll keep you right!

There's a very supportive bunch there and the next bootcamp starts soon (although no reason you can't start sooner)

Given it a try - well worth it and pretty easy from week two onwards.
