OK if anyone can help I'd be really grateful. We have guests coming for dinner and we will have:
2 x low carb dieters
2 x eat anything
2 x veggie
Any ideas for a nice main course - I can do something different for the veggies, or maybe the same with quorn?

Starter I will go crudites, dips etc and maybe a baked cheese, but was thinking of cheese board with dessert.
This doesn't have to be fancy, it's for some friends and will be relaxed but I want it to be nice for them. Thanks folks!
