Hi,I'm healthier eating at the moment,not counting carbs but they're low ish. I do get a bit constipated,how can I get more fibre in my diet please?
For example,today I ate..
Full fat Greek yog with berries and seeds.
Omelette and salad
Handful of almonds
2 rye crispbreads with peanut butter
Apple
2 corn thins with dark choc
Loads of water throughout the day.
Any advice please?
