Spicy Lamb
Minced lamb
Aubergine
Shallot
Red pepper
Fresh or dried chillies
Any spices in the cupboard
A can of chopped tomatoes if not being too strict
Fry shallot, then mince then bung in veg until cooked
Serve with home made tzatziki
Peel, de seed then grate a cucumber, leave to drain out the moisture
Add chopped garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
DH & DC have toasted pitta with it.
