I need to lose about 3 stone but after an emcs I have an awful overhang six months after I had my boy.
I have pcos (maybe mild as it didn't take long to get pregnant once on metformin) and I know low GI works with this syndrome but I never did it.
I want something sustainable that my husband can do too but doesn't make me a pain to have round for dinner w friends etc.
any advice gratefully received.
Thanks

I'm working on my emcs overhang. It's been hanging over for 5 years. I think the skin always does this post c section but I'm hoping to get the rest of the tum down as much as poss. On Atkins. Lost 18 lbs in 5 weeks. Your DH will like it if he is a meat lover. Although I am vegetarian and also love it. Good luck!

Yes I have the overhang - 12 weeks after the birth. I've gone down 2 dress sizes in just over a month of low carbing and my overhang though not gone is really getting there! Good luck op.
