Hello
Can someone please have a look at my planned day of eating low carb and tell me if its okay / too much / too little i seriously doubt that
B - total yogurt, 10 raspberries, splash of cream handful of macadamia nuts
L- chicken, salad leaves, half avocado and olive oil dressing
D - salmon fillet, asparagus, kale spinach sauteed in butter
S - if hungry then chicken slices filled with full fat soft cheese
Lots of water
