celeriac chips

Hiya, I will be attempting to make celeriac chips for dinner tonight, hopefully will be a delicious success, have found a simple recipe online but wondered if anyone had recipes, tips etc to share.?

I just cut the celeriac into chip shapes, put on a tray, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, roast in a hot oven for about half an hour. That's it! imho it's worth waiting for them to go quite dark to make sure they're soft inside, I'm not keen on a firm chip
