Ok so I spend a fair bit of time flicking through the great food ideas and similar here.
My question is simple.
Sustaining weight loss while some people see veggies (some) fruits (some) as a big no no. So far in 3 months I've shed 13 kg. I eat protein, the odd bit of potato, veggies and fruit.
I see it as sustainable. I can happily live without bread, pasta, rice, flour and most refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners.
I have not had any dramas shifting the weight.
So those who see carrots etc as "bad" where do you draw the line? Nutrients vs natural easy digestible carbs is my philosophy. Hence in moderation potatoes have more good nutrients and are highly digestible.
I certainly do not wish to lose weight any faster. I have another 10kg I want to lose to get back to pre 4 kids weight.
Just curious how those who are "no carb" will transition to live that way for a longtime?
