I have embarked on a lchf diet this week after my friend's amazing success story, but I am a bit nervous that I am going in a little uninformed and might cock things up through ignorance!
Are lentils, beans, edamame allowed? I bought a low carb salad today (Pod's chicken detox salad) which included edamame beans which I did eat but am now worried.
I also had some greek yogurt as my pudding which did come with a small amount of blackcurrant puree (prob about 1 tbsp, unsweetened). I ate it all but now feel like I have committed a crime.
Lastly, how bad is milk? Should I drink my coffee black or is milk in coffee allowed (I wouldn't have a latte, so am not talking about toooo much milk).
I want to get this right - help!
