LCHF: what am i doing wrong?

I've been doing LCHF for just over 2 weeks and I initially lost 2.5kg in the first week. This week my weight seems to have gone up 0.6kg instead of down and I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.
In an average day I'd have:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs cooked in a bit of butter & a dash of cream, ½ an avocado and a tomato. coffee + cream or full fat milk
Lunch: chicken salad with avocado, veg, French dressing made with olive oil and nuts (almond or walnuts)
Dinner: if hungry I'd have a piece of meat + veg with olive oil and some cheese, if not I'd have some Greek yogurt with some almonds or some cheese)
Am I eating too much dairy, or maybe too many nuts?

It doesn't sound too bad. I would continue as you have been for another week or toe before you make any changes. You shouldn't be eating huge quantities of nuts but small amounts should be fine. There is commonly a hormonal response about three weeks in to going LCHF that causes you to retain water and masks the effect of fat loss on your weight.
