So for 5 weeks I have stuck to a low carb high fat diet. Lost 6kgs. Quite happy.
My first day that I know I will want to slip is coming up on Saturday. It's my my sons 2nd birthday. We are away camping on the Gold Coast. We live in Brisbane. Wink

So breakfast is easy.
Bbq
I may have a soy mocha as a treat. Great coffee house down the road.
Lunch is hard, pizza restaurant. Movie world. They have a big salad bar and I will fill up on that. But maybe one slice of pizza? No soft drink.
Dinner bbq again. Easy.
I will avoid cake.

Am I chucking my effort away by doing this?

Why, if they have a big salad bar, will you go for pizza? Even if it's just one slice?!

Can you have a look for the menu of the pizza place online before you go? I was forced to have lunch in Pizza Hut the other week, I had the salad bar plus a prawn starter. Or just stick to the salad bar and have snacks with you to eat before/after.
