So for 5 weeks I have stuck to a low carb high fat diet. Lost 6kgs. Quite happy.
My first day that I know I will want to slip is coming up on Saturday. It's my my sons 2nd birthday. We are away camping on the Gold Coast. We live in Brisbane. 
So breakfast is easy.
Bbq
I may have a soy mocha as a treat. Great coffee house down the road.
Lunch is hard, pizza restaurant. Movie world. They have a big salad bar and I will fill up on that. But maybe one slice of pizza? No soft drink.
Dinner bbq again. Easy.
I will avoid cake.
Am I chucking my effort away by doing this?
