Hi giving this a go for the second time. I don't think I can manage to be Bootcamp strict ie 20g, but am aiming to stay relatively low carb. Here is what I have eaten today

3Sices of bacon, 3 mushrooms
1 Atkins Chocolate Orange bar
150g bag of Salt Vinegar peanuts
Some mature cheddar as a snack
3 egg omlette with cheese + 2 rashers of bacon

Know there isn't enough veg there, am working with what I have got in the house and very much trying to take this on a day by day week by week basis.

Am guessing that I have eaten about 50g of carbs, maybe slightly more. Am aiming to lose about half a stone so not expecting fast weight loss and also don't think I can handle being must stricter than this. I do like meat and fish but have to choose carefully cause of the cost

Am going out for a carvery on Sat night, I am thinking meat, cauliflower cheese, brocolli, green beans, maybe a few carrots. Think I will find it harder resisting stuffing than spuds. Hoping that this will be ok

Bootcamp isn't about a certain number of carbs!!!

What you've eaten is relatively low in carbs, probably around 25g?

But where's your veg/salad? That's not a healthy way to eat at all.
