Hi ladies, I've just started to lc again this week (did bootcamp 18 months ago) and was wondering if it's possible to eat TOO much fat on this WOE. I sometimes have a tin of tuna with @ 2 tablespoons of mayo mixed in. Will this hamper my efforts?

No - and that's not that much fat! If you're low carbing, it should be fat:protein:carbs, in that order.

Thanks BIWI, will admit though, finding it much harder this time.

There you are, BIWI! I have a diet question - do you have any good tips for places to buy large quantities of good quality nuts and seeds? Thanks so much!

Not really - I buy what we eat from Sainsbury's (and try to limit them!). What about Holland & Barratt?
