Lo Carb Virgin

Have never done lo carb before and I am planning to sort of try it out this week. Would like to lose half a stone, but also sick of feeling bloated, thrushy, tired and definitely feel as if I have got candida overgrowth in my guts, got I sound nice. I admit that I have eaten two slices of toast with sugar free peanut butter for breakfast, nothing in the house. Time and money are also huge considerations, as they are for most people, but was planning on basing my diet around the following:

Nuts (was planning on buying some almonds, maybe brazil nuts too or pistachios) - will check carb content
Eggs (tbh don't like eggs, but can cope with omelettes, was planning on a cheese and mushroom omlette for lunch)
Dairy (cheese and full fat yoghurt)
Meat (meals with mince, chicken portions
Fish (tuna, prawns etc)
Veg

Typical menu plan would be as follows:

Breakfast - yoghurt with berries or some nuts and cheese
Lunch - An omlette or chicken portions if on the move
Dinner - Some sort of meat with veg. Tonight have got a tin of Stagg chilli con carne and was planning on eating it with some fried courgetts and a steam pack of veg

How does this sound? Dont know if I am missing anything crucial
