Nothing mind-blowing or out of the ordinary but it's easy to get stuck in a rut (hence me trawling this board making notes of everyone's ideas, thanks!)
So here are a few things that I absolutely love, which make me remember I'm not being deprived.
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - just, honestly, the best breakfast, absolutely delicious. (I don't faff with the eggs, just butter and eggs and don't overcook). Ground black pepper, serve!
Chicken tenders - really good for when you want to feel like you're having something carby. Eat hot dipped in mayo. Mini fillets, dip in egg, light coating of some combination of flaxseed/ground almond/coconut/seasoning, bake for 15min.
Guacamole with bacon - could eat this all day long. I use the bbc chunky guacamole recipe which as has onion and tomato and lime juice as well as the avocados is fairly carb heavy (I think it's about 50-60g of carbs per batch), it uses 3 avocados so makes a lot, about 6generous helpings. And as most of those carbs are from the avocados I'm fine with that.
Oh and I've totally changed my bacon preference, I now love streaky cooked really crispy, melts in the mouth. (Used to be a fan a back, not crispy but when not in a sandwich it lost it's appeal)
And good old celery with almond butter (sprinkled w/ salt)- really hits the spot if you want a snack that feels indulgent. And that's no easy feat when you're eating celery
