Hi I'm very new to low carbing and we are eating out at a japanese restaurant tonight with friends.
It's a cook at the table type place not sushi. So the menu is
chicken satay, scallop with crab meat, king prawns, swordfish steak, terriaki chicken, and fillet steak. tiny portions egg fried rice which I will avoid and seasonal veg.
So my worries are cooking sauces. The terriaki I'm assuming I will have to avoid but as I remember the rest aren't heavily sauces just heavily seasons.
Is it going to be a disaster?
